Elaine May is brilliant, but "M & N" is a flawed, frustrating, and unpleasant film I will never see again. For films of this type of raw emotional mid-70s aesthetic, Cassavetes's own "The Killing of a Chinese Bookie" and "A Woman Under the Influence" is where it's at.

1) expanded Medicaid - MILLIONS more have COST-FREE coverage
2) established annual out-of-pocket maximums for marketplace plans
3) mandates coverage for pre-existing conditions
4) mandates FREE preventative care
5) 26 and under can be covered by parents' plan
