Wondering if the "Kavanaugh Stop" epithet got under his, uh, skin.
Kavanaugh tries to put the "Kavanaugh Stops" genie back in the bottle
Kavanaugh goes out of his way to pen a footnote not having to deal with the case at hand.

He appears to be trying to narrow the forces he unleashed with his prior opinion allowing for race- and ethnicity-based #KavanaughStops

It’s all a shell game, including this from same article: “$2 billion [was] diverted away from the Defense Department and Homeland Security Department for border enforcement—including redirecting funds for barracks, maintenance hangers, and elementary schools.”

“It seems like a marvel of financial engineering: Meta is building a $27 billion data center in Louisiana, financed with debt, and neither the data center nor the debt will be on its own balance sheet.

That outcome looks too good to be true, and it probably is.”

China isn't buying US soybeans.

"there isn’t much incentive for China to buy from America right now because they have plenty of soybeans on hand that they have bought from Brazil"

House of Dynamite is an unbelievably stupid film that relies on a brainless, witless audience to accept several idiotic premises: that not a single entity on Earth could detect the launch of a nuclear missile; that the US would only be willing to launch 2 ABMs to counter an incoming ICBM... (1/2)

Destroying the White House while government workers go unpaid? Metaphor in there somewhere, I’m sure.
Oh you're trying to say the cost of living is skyrocketing?

Donald Trump can't hear you over the sound of bulldozers demolishing a wing of the White House to build a new grand ballroom.

Sure, you can build greenhouses to farm tomatoes year round the way they do in Mexico, but the associated energy costs would make them extraordinarily expensive, and thus unsellable (if you can find anyone to pick them, that is).
Congrats everyone, Trump just raised tariffs on Mexican tomatoes for no apparent reason.
Mexico currently supplies around 70% of the U.S. tomato market
