A lot of my anxiety comes from worrying about others’ opinions. I need to do better at reminding myself that the opinions of others about me is none of my concern. After all I can’t control those opinions.

Also officially done with needing a gynaecologist. Best gyno (and only) to have had to do the surgery went above and beyond. Fully healed and working on steps for next surgery.
