I made a #MadSky feed for people migrating over from #MadTwitter to hopefully find one another. Currently only a feed based on those two hashtags plus #PDinTheBin and #TraumaNotPD
Can edit and add more hashtags, keywords and key users as we (hopefully?) grow

Feeds are a thing here instead of hashtags, I find them really helpful blueskyfeeds.com/en (I've never made one, just follow other peoples)
