Every year I spend the holidays alone at home (granny is here but I stick to myself). I also never expect any gifts, but more so this year due to my life situation for the past several months. But receiving one gift from a good friend lightened my mood from it's usual low state @hinapls.bsky.social

Thanks to therapy, I can at least identify the way I'm having catastrophizing thoughts. Still working on catching it faster, though.

I rolled credits on Pokemon Legends Z-A last night. My review of main game, at this time, is a solid 8/10. I loved it. I know i'm usually the one to glaze the newer pokemon games among people I know, but I genuinely enjoyed my experience with the game
