There's still some things I still won't be able to do anymore (like shoulder rolls), but physical therapy will allow me to do nearly all the things I love much longer with much less pain. I'm super grateful!! (3/3)

I have much better range of motion with my neck. I get neck pain related headaches so much less now and I can get through the work day and karate class a lot more often without any pain in my neck at all. (2/3)
