Of course immigration is an issue. The issue is that people have the freedom of travel and nations are made up of nothing but groups of people united by a common misunderstanding of their history and a common dislike of their neighbors and immigrants are the lifeblood of a living growing culture.

This Venezuela shit also has me thinking about Kamala Harris's time as VP down in Central America. While there, she tried to use her power and influence to help stabilize elections in those countries, so corruption didn't rule the day.

The IOC still think the games in Berlin 1936 was a positive act that taught the Nazis respect for diversity and democracy and sportsmanlike good faith. There's nothing that can save the Olympic games except boycott. And no better time to avoid the USA if you can.
