One of the highlights of the Dayton Air Show this year was the Joby Aviation flight sim. The throttle and side stick were intuitive, and the pilot’s seat fit my long legs very well. I had a great conversation about the special powertrain and rotor blade design. Hope to see them in the skies soon.

Exciting new aircraft tech with over $8 billion in preorders. The plane uses hybrid electric propulsion to reach very small landing zones (like helicopters do) with dramatically less noise and costs. Payload and range numbers look pretty solid.

Found new EV charger design near a Kroger Fuel center in central Ohio. The physical size is right, the credit card payment option is right, the charge speed was ok, we mainly need way more of them. ⚡️
