I’ve had no doubt about the extent to which this administration was willing to align itself with Nazis. But I kind of thought it would have more subtlety/deniability.

When it’s all said and done, and setting aside the cruelty and craziness of the administration (and that’s a lot to set aside, I know), it’s a scam. It’s all a scam.

People weren’t defending Epstein when he died. When he died he had been identified as singularly evil as a sex trafficker. Trump’s involvement requires that to be reframed as just kind of creepy. That’s a unique kind of evil. 1/
