With 1 month left in his presidency, we're calling on President Biden to make things right & commute the sentences of over 5,000 Americans who would already be free if current crack cocaine sentencing (1 to 1 with powder cocaine) was applied retroactively.

Just like there's no law enforcement when pedestrians cross in between cars and when they have red lights.. all well not paying attention because they're looking at their phones.
These issues will not be fixed by just focusing on cars. Bicyclers and pedestrians need to follow the rules too

You have to include the number of bicycle riders who have been using their phone/texting while riding. That is on the increase. All vehicles, including bicycles need to be obeying the rules of the road.
