The slowdown in tech means that SF has seen the largest job losses of any metro area in the US, with employment dropping by 11.6k over the last year and down 3.8% since COVID

Nearby San Jose MSA has also suffered, though not quite as harshly, losing 2k jobs over the last year

Wow, I have never seen one of those before! I see now that it's special for the contraflow bike lane on the cross-street. Wondering if this is an SF special or if this is approved by CalTrans... what a unique anomaly.

It's good to know that even if a new line has not been built yet, it's still eligible for upzoning. In theory, this would suggest that something like the Splvda Line could potentially open with dense housing already built around stations? That would be a major boost in ridership right out the gate!
