Was it written by AI? “Prolific” is a common music journalism word that could easily have been churned out incorrectly!

We have to stop letting normal people set fines. That amount of money means nothing to them, it would need to be like 100x as much for them to really notice

What about chipped teeth? Or that the bacteria you happen to have is a more significant predictor of cavities than diet? Weird thing to be puritanical about

Vitamin D has been the most helpful supplement for me by far, highly recommended trying it for anyone with long covid (esp because it’s cheap and easily accessible)

It would be really cool if they wanted to go indie and it was actually feasible. It feels like almost all media is owned by like 1.5 corps right now and that’s not going great

That’s just going to make the line longer next time

That is really clever

So much women’s diet culture is carbs (special K, 100 calorie packets, granola bars, etc) and no doctor ever even mentioned protein to me, just calories. It’s at least worth totaling your daily protein up to be sure it’s not the problem!

I have a similar bmr/calorie deficit issue. I started losing weight when I started focusing on protein (I wasn’t trying to lose weight, it was so I could safely take a medication). As of right now I’m down 12 pounds in 2 months of 100gms/day of protein and whatever else I want, no extra exercise

Wrap a sock or nylon over a vacuum tube, rubber band in place, turn vacuum on and collect your lost beads! This has saved me more times than I want to remember

I haven’t put a lot of thought to this before now, but our “talent pool” was much larger than the number in the class, maybe we were the most annoying in other classes?

The instructor in my gifted program was there mostly to enthusiastically listen to each of us info dump on a topic, then nudge us toward researching something else, repeat. He’s a large part of why I am good at research and I will always be grateful. Looks like I had an uncommon experience

I don’t think I’ll ever be done being mad about what they did to Joann

And they want to help, they want to protect our community members and regulars who we all know as friends. I have to be responsible tell them not to get involved, so I’ve landed on record and document everything you can. There is no good answer (at least at my level)

A sensor to warn me to take Advil when the barometric pressure starts rising has saved me from so many headaches, and being able to do things instead of nurse a headache is the opposite of lazy

Overall I agree that Sabrina got worse over time, but “The Endless” is an exceptionally weird episode that I will defend forever

I feel like the biggest long covid effect for me is that I burn way more nutrients to exist than I used to. I’m supplementing Taurine, amino acids, d, a bunch of Bs, electrolytes, collagen, creatine, eating tons of protein, and if I pause any of it I start to backslide so fast

It often comes from the vendor like that, in which case there is literally nothing the employees can do to stop it. And they really are the worst

Absolutely 😂
