My nbaughter was in tears when it happened cuz, they couldn't afford to buy yet ANOTHER pr of boots & neither could I. Today, cuz their old boots blew a hole in the sole, I'm repairing this pair in the hope they'll last until the partner gets their back-pay.

We decided to go w/ a contrasting color thread hoping it'll look intentional & cool..
Imo, it just needs to be functional but, I'm shooting for "that's kinda cool"
