If you think of a time when somebody asked you for help or you helped someone, I bet you weren’t thinking about how annoying they were, I bet you felt pleased to be able to be there for them!

Ill people should not have to face mistreatment on top of what they are already coping with, not when they are at their most vulnerable. To those who speak with empathy and kindness, you are a treasure, thank you.

None of that changes the fact that it is better to get checked out than not. The waiting time for endometriosis diagnosis and conditions like it are far too long, so please don’t add to it by gaslighting yourself.
