It’s Gauda Prime Day, the anniversary of the finale of #Blakes7 44 years ago.

Here is the report I wrote about visiting BBC Television Centre in 1981 to watch that episode, “Blake”, being recorded in studio.

I guess today is the day I mention that at my last encounter with Mr Baker, he made a point of introducing me to Kenneth Cope. Imagine that. Days don't get much better. I have a photo but as it looks like I'm about to hit TB with a length of 2x4 I won't be sharing it. Anyway Happy 90th Birthday.

Hmmm. Maybe it will grow on me but frankly it's no Free as a Bird. And I confess it feels weird listening to The Beatles through my headphones without all the vocals in one ear and the music in the other - but perhaps I'm showing my age...

It's all rather exciting in my opinion.

Being messed about by a client over paying their fees. Not a huge amount but a huge amount to me. Already ruined plans for my birthday, now about to mess up things further. I expect this kind of thing at Christmas but it's still October.

I love being on here, it's quite lovely but, and here's the thing, I keep forgetting to actually open the app and check it and I don't know why? Is it the icon, is it just not part of my routine yet, is it the name, is it cuz I'm rubbish? You decide...

Sat in my garden with a cup of coffee and the only sound I hear, behind the hum of far away traffic, ìs of a yeti control sphere. Suppose it could be a bird of some kind but it's unlikely.
