Although, thinking about it and the stories I've heard about project proposals... if you had, every similar project would have been asked to include it in their aims!

I don't think I knew there was a graphic - read them decades back when I scored a review copy of the shorts. And was it Farmer's series where Bond is the grandson of Sherlock Holmes?

29 Sept: ortho appt, forgot to refer to physio.
7 Nov: first NHS physio
10 Nov: ortho appt cancelled
(Can't approve to drive until seen)
9 Dec: replacement ortho appt
10 Dec: 2nd NHS physio

I'm currently doing physio for a dislocated shoulder but plan to eventually get into weights for similar reasons. It's called Resistance Training for a reason, right?
