Absolutely agree. As I visit schools, the current credit recovery model in sec. serves a small number of students, the way it was designed, and has allowed a much larger number to give themselves permission to not complete course work and exams. I hear frustration/annoyance from teachers.

Absolutely true! I always say it takes 3 weeks to wind down to enjoy a couple of good weeks before the 3 weeks of winding back up and preparation work! Only teachers really know…
