Probably the silliest thing my family does. We got sick of decorating the tree one year so we wrapped it in plastic after Christmas. Haven’t looked back since. Been at least 6 years of wrapping and unwrapping the tree.
Only lost 2 ornaments in all that time.

Frankly, these were my favorite parts of yesterday. Deviled eggs (I eventually found the paprika and added it!) and butt rolls!

I have boiled 34 eggs today. At least tomorrow I get to eat an egregious amount of deviled eggs and no one can judge me because I made ALL OF THE FOOD. You don’t get to judge the chef. It’s the rules. #Thanksgiving

Sometimes students have the kindest hearts. I witnessed a student sticking up for a teacher to her peers today. The teacher just returned after a long struggle with a tumor. Students were making fun of her for the scar. But my girl was having none of it! She lit them up and I couldn’t be prouder.

Reality of #Education
Both schools I work at are now telling teachers we don’t have any more money for printer ink and paper. We can’t get a whole classes worth of worksheets. So I have to get creative so my students can still get all they need while my principals fight the board for more money.

I made my students a new seating chart today. Hearing them fuss was just the icing on the cake. If they could do their work they would be allowed to sit wherever they wanted. NOPE. They would rather argue with each other and fool around. My class is an easy A if only they would do the work. #teacher

I love finding myself in mildly unbelievable situations. After today for the rest of my life I get to say, “ I watched two people in full Medieval armor beat eachother with crutches while a crowed cheered them on.” And that’s just something special. #unbelievable #Knights #buhurt
