Can't go grocery shopping without a 'Lil treat

This is one of my favorite books!! I first read it back in 2011, and it was life changing for me. The movie is also an amazing adaptation!!

Bert is my poor husband while Ernie is me asking about making more plans with our friends and family.

I'm not arguing against its existence, I'm just repeating what my Christian theology teacher taught us at my religious college: its a cultural text like you said, but the stories in it are folklore, we struggle to antropoligically prove that these stories really happened.

Real as in existing, but still folklore not fact

Pairing Just Mercy with To Kill A Mockingbird is a brilliant choice. Brava 👏🏻

Have you read the novel as well? It's different from the film, but both are exemplary stand alone pieces of media imo

This is a favorite of my husband's who is just getting into the horror genre as a reader 🥰
