The problem you’re pointing to applies to any downstream analytical technique, not just WB.
Institutions are making efforts – Inserm have a reasonably good (if clunky) data management plan. But its not like they can force their metadata categories on everyone.

Paris 'opened' its first #urbanforest last week, behind Montparnasse station.
It's also home to a lovely sculpture by Shamai Haber (menhir artist) and is right on Rue Vercingetorix.
Sure, its a bit underwhelming. But size isn't everything, and if you love shade and #Asterix, its the place to be.

It didn't seem to require major logistical acrobatics with traffic flow nor did it cause major jams.
