Mental Health update: day 56 of meditating for at least 20 mins in one session per day. I feel mostly the same, but at peace. Stress hasn’t disappeared, but with these new tools it doesn’t linger. Add in walking everyday, drinking more water, reducing all media intake.

My only saving grace these past few weeks has been the seasonal reappearance of the #McRib, and before some of you start wagging your finger, it was a comfort food for those of us that didn’t have much money growing up. I’ll always have loyalty to it.

Day 46 of daily meditation and some type of physical activity. I no longer have any discomfort in um shoulder, I rarely hold stress and when I do.. I can minimize eliminate it pretty fast. Teaching my body that prolonged stress is no something we like.
