For this reason and many other reasons, I will be voting for someone other than Chip Roy in 2026. Proud to say, I have not voted for him in 2022 or 2024 either.

I live in Texas and I had NO choice in this decision. My Representative actually did represent me by leaving the State. At least, the voters in Cali get to vote on the suggested maps. Gerrymandering is just wrong.

There is a difference between fleeing and leaving. Fleeing is running away willy-nilly. Leaving is strategically moving to a different location. Our TX Democratic Representatives left the State.
