Good news from #SCOTUS: it granted a stay of the ruling by the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas which halted implementation of the Corporate Transparency Act. #FinCEN can now resume collecting BO information from LLCs to prevent money laundering by drug dealers & human traffickers

Sad to see that Judge Amos Mazzant of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas granted a motion for preliminary injunction on implementation of the Corp. Transparency Act. Drug cartels, human traffickers and terrorists cheered. Appeal coming. Stay tuned.
