HELP: trying to make a map like old #fallout games in #godot. A series of cell you can freely navigate, with each square containing events or random encounters. Was peeking at tiles/grid containers/having a static image with code but cant decide. Any help on this?

I just switched Clair Obscure: Expedition 33 to “story mode” in the second act and I’m finally enjoying the combat. I enjoy a hard game now and then (platinumed Bloodborne and loved Nioh) but I just couldn’t stand my party being wiped out from missing a few parries. Had to overcome some shame but 🤷🏽‍♂️
