Love this! It’s so easy to get caught up in trendy nutrition takes, so actually checking for real research is such a smart move. And mac and cheese is elite Thanksgiving food gotta have something comforting on the plate while we’re trying to make balanced choices #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

Totally agree! I love that this focuses on foods people actually enjoy instead of strict restrictions. Small swaps like adding oats at breakfast or using avocado for healthy fats can make heart-healthy eating feel realistic and sustainable. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

yeah, I can definitely understand that because my family makes such good food but like you mentioned it isn't always something I would consider healthy so it for sure make it hard. But its good that you're trying to improve eating habits @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

I’ve seen those headlines too, and it’s easy to get confused. It’s reassuring to know protein shakes aren’t actually dangerous, but I agree it’s important to check what’s in them and not rely on them too much, especially since supplements aren’t always well regulated.

That’s a really helpful tip! I also take vitamin D and try to have it with foods like eggs or avocado since healthy fats help with absorption. I didn’t realize pairing it with vitamin K2 and magnesium could also support bone health and calcium balance

That’s a really good point. Real progress tends to come from small, steady changes that build over time. Trying to do everything perfectly usually leads to burnout, but consistency makes the difference.

That’s a good point, our liver and kidneys already do a great job detoxifying naturally. Extreme juice cleanses like the Master Cleanse can actually deprive the body of nutrients instead of helping it “detox.” Balance beats restriction every time.

Low-carb breakfasts like yogurt bowls, chia pudding, or egg muffins can be even more nutrient-dense by adding fruit, nuts, or veggies for extra fiber, vitamins, and healthy fats. Small upgrades make a big difference

That sounds soooo good, switching to sourdough or whole grain bread is such a simple upgrade but makes a big difference in nutrients and flavor.
