The thing I've found that's really different in Europe is that the European far-right is still somewhere around center-right in the US. It's similar on migration, but they'd never dream of getting rid of universal health care or public transit or drag shows.

But half of physicians have heard this from their patients, which means a full 10% of US doctors simply don't believe their patients of color.
