You’re thrust into a fantasy world. You have little control over anything EXCEPT the style of combat.

What are you choosing?

I get a lot of questions about the differences between my #TTRPG strength and conditioning programs and my 1:1 coaching. An interested party inquired this week, so I had the chance to explain. I’ll share it here too! ⚔️

Make your workouts work for you. I’ll preach it forever.

Example: I typically hit 3-4 lifts a week. This week it was 2.

Combined a lift each time with some conditioning, 45 mins each. EZ PZ.

related but opposite fun fact: if you click on any google ad for an etsy item and buy anything from that store in the next 30 days, it costs the creator 12-15% on top of standard fees. so if you see something cool..... don't click, type it in
Fun fact: if you're buying from a creator on etsy, you can reduce their etsy selling fees from 6.5% to 2.5% by ordering via 'shopname.etsy.com' instead of 'etsy.com/shopname' or searching from the main site. It costs you the same but the creator makes more

Friendly reminder that the onslaught of information we receive on the daily is not normal 💖 and while it’s great to stay informed, pause, put your phone down, and maybe throw some heavy sh!t around to reconnect with your body.

Strength training is going to serve a very important role now, but forever. Not only does it establish a sense of strength both physically and mentally, but that self efficacy translates to a sense of safety that is very real.

Bye TikTok 👋

Hello to anyone looking to combine TTRPGs, fantasy, and strength training.

I write #TTRPG inspired programs that help folks get stronger, faster, more powerful, and hone their most important tool: their adventuring body. 🤝

I haven’t made a post on TikTok about this. I probably should. Frankly, I’m unsure of what will happen there but I’m going to continue to make fitness content for TTRPG players. Here’s the thing:

TikTok was the start of my journey in a way nothing else ever was. I met most of my clients there. 1/?

If you are joining me from other realms, hello!

How would you like to see content here? Is video still an option on an app like this? 🤨
