So fun to know old film rolls from fifties and sixties are being processed transferred from Kodak film to flash drives. Still time to get them by Christmas I think if you drop off soon at an Everpresent location near you!

This little vintage painting is of one of our long-gone #lighthouses called Port Mahon. Its final rendition was built in 1903 and fire destroyed the derelict structure in 1984. The iron pilings are still there by a wooden fishing pier which is a favorite spot. I paint it frequently from old photos.

Didn’t win #quickdraw today but love this painting anyway. Always a fun spot to paint as holds so many memories for people. Some have gotten engaged there or had first dates there. #paintDover #Delaware is #firststate

My main gallery door to #parkegreengalleries is my favorite. Love flags! The #DelawareShoppes & gallery are open seven days week. The Green is great photo op as well as your memories are sweeter when surrounded by unique architecture & dappled light. #tourists welcome! #DelawareHistory #firstState

Trying to decide which view to paint of this tomorrow afternoon. Have to get there later in afternoon to capture first sunset changes. Hard to capture the right light as it changes so quickly early morning or late afternoon as sun rises or sets. #MirrorLake is tidal basin.

Painting in #paintDover 2025 Plein air event. This is the Tatnell building in Dover #Delaware and the Ridgely House. Dover’s historic district is great. Hope to finish this morning.

Ghosts trees are usually from salt water infringement… our tiny Mirror Lake is tidal but not sure if that’s the culprit or just a flooding issue from being in a flood plain…
