worth noting about the fixation on "japanese jazz" is how for a good chunk of those people their idea of (american) jazz is cool jazz smooth jazz and other trash like that. They usually arent aware that those sounds of j jazz are from the sound of black jazz artists at the same time

This whole cena gunther thing has inspired me to write about 'giving up' and what that actually means. As someone who has had to see my childhood heroes retire several times over in sports it's entirely different to realize that time is up and you just need to let go. Thats not 'giving up'

Some of the reviews talking about the controls of air riders have inspired me to do a writeup about controls and what they mean to a game. I think you can argue that no game has "bad controls" and really it comes down to how well it maps with the experience the creators wanted to deliver

One thing that bothers me talking music with some people is that the music is really just useful as a prop for social conventions. They dont really care about the music itself as much as how the music is in relation to perception
