Sprint seems to have forgiven us for yesterday, although he is currently holding A's shoes hostage by lying on them & demanding fusses. Today it is not missing ot down which is a vast improvement & also we don't have a time limit to get home.

Do not recommend driving to London with your anxious, reactive, *travelsick* dog on the wettest day and when, inexplicably, *everyone else* is also driving to London. Sprint is having the worst day & I feel very bad.

I kind of just hate everything. And I'm aware that I kind of don't, I'm just incredibly tired, but I'm SO tired, and everything is SO hard. They put out the info for the next assignment yesterday, and I feel like I should already be reading for it, but I'm so tired and also my head hurts.

I really want to update my journal but I just can't bring myself to sit down at my computer. Just can't do it. I worked 10.5 hours yesterday, which would be excessive even on a work day; this is one of the things I have a lot of Feelings about that I'd like to get out, but... computer.

I am extremely tired; relatedly, just told A. that I still have to write my "confusion" (conclusion).
I am not happy with many aspects of this damn assignment, but I do think it's probably better enough, compared to the practice one, to pass. I hope.

I sort of thought I'd got away with doing far too much & having far too little sleep in Sweden, but it turns out the exhaustion was just waiting for me to get home. I guess that's considerate of it; I was already Not Coping with transport.

I am so tired & I just had a conversation with my manager that was very much me stating how things are, this is information sharing; which she kind of took as "here is a problem I should solve". Exhausting. (I'm not saying it's her fault, it's just frustrating when Communication Goes Wrong.)

Made it to St Pancras; apparently I'm old now b/c someone just let me have their seat b/c "[they're] still young". I'm not too proud to take the seat though. It's an hour until my train & I have work to do.

If you aren't seeing skeets from some of your fave people, they might have been labeled "Rude" by bsky mods. Idk what they are thinking, I don't need a mommy to tell me who to be buddies with. Anyway, go into Settings > moderation > bluesky moderation (advanced) and turn Rude off.

Having a big sad this evening. And by this evening, I mean 2am, but of course i've been in CET for the past 3 days so it's kind of like 3am, which is about when I went to bed last night.

I made it to the hotel, after 2 missed buses, one wrong bus, & a nightmare journey on another bus so full I couldn't see the sign telling me what the next stop was - kind of crucial when you have no idea where you are!

Having a nightmare (Ok, many small inconveniences that i just can't deal with right now) getting away from Heathrow. Just want to be in the hotel & ideally not to have earache. I would take just one, though.

Our pilot tonight seems like an older & more experienced Martin Crieff - which, to be clear, I love! - stressing that the things we should do, like obey cabin crew & remain seated while we taxi, are for our own safety...
