all in all I had a good birthday weekend so I’m happy of that
really trying to stay away from the doom I’ve been reading maybe on average 3-4 hours a day
I even got two pairs of jeans that aren’t second hand
which was nice cuz I haven’t gotten non pre worn jeans in maybe 8 years

I had my first therapy appointment since inauguration
she told me it’s no longer about the evidence (cuz usually I work on finding evidence of things to panic about, usually there’s not enough so I can calm down)
now it’s about coping n finding myself outside of my family n diving into that
