I've ordered a bra... Technically this is my first "actual" bra. I have ones I wear to wear prosthetic breasts but more recently I've been trying to feel better about my natural body. So this is my first, slightly padded, push-up bra. I've tried my best to measure correctly so we'll see!

I know its a common feeling, but I'm in a stage of my life rn where I can't be happy on my own. I have a day off work today and I'm miserable. I don't wanna play a game I don't wanna watch TV or go see a film or go out a drink or anything because I'll still be alone. It sucks

Can't SLEEEEP 😭 I get such bad insomnia at the worst times. Just used up all my energy on shift and I have another huge one today 😭😭😭 LET ME SLEEP

I still have this cough. It's not as bad as it used to be though so not to worried. Mostly just in the morning. Doctors think I was ill with something and it messed up my lungs but it should pass eventually. Hopefully.
I've had a cough for a few days and it's baaadd today, coughing every 10 minutes at some points in the day. It keeps waking me up at night and I'm about to share a hotel room with my fam... Oops

Day got ruined cause I got really intense nausea. I had to leave work and I'm in bed now still feeling nauseous it's been 3 hours. I know I'm gonna sleep and still feel nauseous. I have plans to go out to dinner tomorrow and Im gonna end up cancelling and it's gonna piss me off for a week.

😭 I think I'm getting sick again, only a week after I recovered from my last flu/cold 😭 so unfair. I hope this one is minor, the last one gave me a mini fever 😭 I can already feel a headache brewing. I have work this evening 😞

HRT is going okay I think, not great but okay. I've technically hit the estrogen target but it's at the very bottom of the range. But my T levels are so low they thought I was already taking a blocker! They're gonna up my dose again and see what happens
