Can we talk about the Ottawa Charge player who was on the ice for a solid 30 seconds of gameplay without a helmet and the refs didn’t blow the whistle immediately? WTAF. That’s a safety issue and play should have been dead as soon as the helmet was off.

Another running update: 5 days a week is hard with other sport obligations, but I’m doing it! I haven’t registered for any races yet because I’m fully expecting to crash out at some point.

My work asked us to cold-call customers, and I cannot stress enough how badly I need a new job. For reference, I’m a graphic designer, not a customer service person.

I’ve been on hold with customer service for 2 hours this morning, after spending the last 2 months emailing back and forth to resolve an issue. This is really not a good customer experience.

A follow-up about my run: I did it a second time and that didn’t record either. I ran it a third time tonight and managed to get it recorded but didn’t have access to the coaching audio or any music. 😐😐😐 Back to googling to solve this issue.

I didn’t realize my running app wasn’t set for a treadmill run last night. It recorded 25 minutes of no workout, and I have to do that run again for it to count in my training program. Sore legs for nothing! 😭
