The Times is really going to keep writing like these are serious human beings calling Elon "world-famous and often undisciplined billionaire" it is so embarrassing

I've always found the Chronicle's ever-neutral, bridging divides stance to be problematic. This strikes me as what happens when a news outlet won't take a stand.

There are evidence-based policies that actually work, but Dems and Reps keep doubling down on punishment and incarceration. newrepublic.com/article/1911...

Many of the cruelest policies criminalizing poverty and mutual aid are coming from deep blue cities and states. Must read by @rickpaulas.bsky.social for @lukeoneil47.bsky.social www.welcometohellworld.com/hurt-the-hel...

“What I hear” is an odd way to counter the only data we have on what Tucsonans want. Did @timsteller.bsky.social talk to more than 358 people?

If he doesn’t like the sample size, seems like more public engagement is the answer instead of man on the street divination.

“I’m getting more and more furious,” Mr. Schumer told me. “At first the voters were just down in the dumps..."

Imagine thinking that Americans have been just kind of bummed out since the election like he was thinking of sending a fruit basket at first

When I was in college I went and saw lost highway with a friend and it scared us so bad. Then I went to Walgreens and bought a blank vhs tape and Manila envelope and left it outside his dorm room and he had a brief meltdown.

This is what our system gets us. Think of the thousands of immigrants and working class people who mobilized in Arizona to block the MAGA agenda and the Democrat they elect rolls over before Trump even takes office.

This is a deceptive headline the lightest of googling will find very concerning public opinions on U.S. health care, most notably decline. Also overlooks extremes and inequalities, the same mistake elites have been making in their assessment of the american economy as a whole.
