I know it sucks. I know it's hard.

But art isn't about making things when it's easy and good and comfy.

Art is rebellion. Art is rage. Art is protest. Art is political fire.

Write it. Draw it. Sculpt it. Build it. If you cannot find the joy, do it out of spite and fury.

There’s something I’ve learned, that helps me a lot whenever I feel imposter syndrome and discouragement creeping into my mind.

I try to ask myself, “am I trying to *prove* myself or *improve* myself?”

If it’s the former, I’m focusing on the wrong things, and I try to rethink it.

Our plan for today: Instead of sitting at home doomscrolling, we’re going to a museum, so we can doomscroll in front of great art

You don't need more art tutorials to get started on your dream project.

You need to draw.
