That was my first thought. This isn’t a difficult moral or ethical moment. It’s incredibly obvious how one should behave in that moment and it’s not moving on to the next question.

We literally teach kids from kindergarten to stand up to bullying instead of being a bystander. It is so disappointing that adults can't do this!!!! After this comment, a reporter asks about his comment about healthcare?! It is such a joke.
