Yesterday was the 5th time my keychain d20 fell off in as many years. Same as before: didn't know when I lost it, then it reappears once I'm not looking. This time it was almost under the car after the eldest got back from driving. Luckiest d20 I own, still no clue how it rolls, never used it.

Henry Cavill is producing/starring in a reboot of Highlander. To which I say FINALLY a reboot that's actually a good idea! He's perfect for it (if he can nail a Scottish accent, anyway, that part could bomb hard lol)

Final Fantasy 1 Remaster for mobile is nice, and i like the little additions. You can switch between screen d-pad, Bluetooth controller, or location-tap for field move. Battles have auto that mirrors the last round you played, and you can even adjust encounter frequency for travel vs grinding.

Now that we live closer to it, a date night package at Homebrew Tabletop Game Lounge was our present to ourselves, and they're open on Christmas! A couple brutal rounds of World Wonders really scratched the itch.

Nathan Fillion is (finally) going to play a live-action Green Lantern, the Guy Gardner version, often called the "most annoying (to other superheroes) Lantern". Which, you know, perfect for Nathan Fillion. There's no way he's not going to be hilarious. I hope he's got some substantial screen-time!

Imagine failing a geometry test, and it was put on display to the entire world for the rest of history. Nearly 4000 years ago, a Babylonian student recorded the height and base of a triangle in cuneiform, then botched the area calculation. It's on display at the University of Oxford. Sorry kid. 😅
