Energy is already cheaper for some. In fact, it's cheaper for those consuming in areas with high carbon intensity electricity, and higher for those consuming zero carbon intensity electricity.

Shouldn't those of us living close to hundreds of wind turbines get cheaper electricity? Otherwise how do you get communities to accept them being built nearby?

As it is, all we see is more windfarms being built in areas that are already saturated with 100% renewable.
