Indulging my love of drawing musicians while they play. The darkness of the club made it nearly impossible for me to correct anything I drew. The music was tango, it was incredible. (Drawn with a gel pen, augmented the next day with ink and colored pencils)

My ADHD mind loves the positivity and simplicity of making and moving on. It lessens my fear of cartooning. I am good at what I do. I’m afraid to start again. My mind will keep hurting me if I never make comics again

I’m reminded of Izzy Cohen of Sgt. Fury’s Howling Commandos. Issue 6 had Izzy mocking the racist fill-in commando. I don’t think Izzy’s religion was named but strongly implied.
