I have heard ko.fi takes a smaller percentage & rumors that it's run more ethically than a lot (still some issues but better than others).

Potentially. I assume it will only be utilized when police decide to interfere with completely legal protests, and events that the police oppose. 🙄

And the estimated "herd immunity" vaccination rate is about 95% for whooping cough. With multiple viruses circulating that can interfere with immune response.
I'm sure it's entirely because ppl stayed at home more & masked 5yrs ago though.🙄

Shingles WERE super rare in kids.
Compromised immune system is usual cause.
Covid compromises immune systems. So, no longer as rare.

I don't remember the caging things being heavy but it was pretty obvious where they were looking. It's possible the MRI was to look at internal organs- then it's not quite as obvious.
If you are going for a MRI, one's dr, the referral form & techs would all tell you why it's happening though.

Is a re-test a possibility?
What you eat 24hrs before can impact your blood lipids... I had to re-do the test once. It went from concerningly high to normal again. My cholesterol is now slightly high (20yrs later) but only had cholesterol med suggested (genetic history)

In Canada they started giving parents who brought their infants in for vaccination a second MMR vaccine. Because until the late 1990s only one was given.
I had titres checked & found out I had been exposed to mumps (my antibodies were active infection level but no symptoms)

Fentanyl is in everything- even pills pushed as benzodiazepines& stimulants (ADHD meds).
So the solution is clearly to make those harder to get from a pharmacy 🙄

I'm in Canada, so it's been circulating lots but there really hasn't been much done to encourage ppl to prevent infection- like reporting & avoiding dead birds.

That's another issue. A huge issue.
The difficulty in getting sufficient pain management is another one that drives people to desperation. It's really frustrating that delay & inadequate health care plus extremely limited social nets are driving factors of these deaths.

There's also been an increase in babies having brain bleeds. Completely preventable but people are now demonizing & refusing vitamin K shots for newborns.

Probably isn't that ridiculous to keep an eye on- particularly when it's type A increasing when it isn't during 'flu season'.

I had held out to get a Novavax one (saw the writing on the wall for ending free Covid vax) but even after Health Canada finally approved it, AB didn't order any.
Ppl also hold out until it's 3weeks before some high exposure time.

There are situations I can imagine that aren't "terminal" per se (like severe brain injury) but recognize the appeal of MAiD. Unfortunately, ppl don't seem to understand they still don't qualify in those situations.
Rather it ends up being presented as a solution to any conditions not easily dxable

Patients don't need to be informed the details of it by doctors presenting it. Ppl can inquire about assisted death during end of life planning. Then drs can provide details.
If you have a chronic condition, you don't need a dr to "explain" how it works. Particularly when they have no treatments.

It should be an option when ppl request it.
