the most generally recommended delivery method is pills, though, right? that's why people are promoting injections as an alternative. if they were already the standard recommendation, no one would need convincing.

what I was originally asking about was whether it's also life-changing for people who *aren't* spending 10y trying to get better results out of pills, because they're happy with the results they have
