Finally got my 10k PB. PBIM the other day was short by 100 meter, at least by coros's estimates. Nama je PBIM, tapi tak dapat PB. Smoked halfway, and walked for a bit.

Another run on longer stretches. Yesterday's run is a bit dodgy. Sebab the routes are all wrong. Today stuck to main roads.

Tempo run today. This run was supposed to be done before the PBIM run. Tapi I was ill. So I'm doing it now just for completeness of the training plan.

Recovery run on the day before yesterday. Thigh still sore from PBIM. Got a new gadget: coros pod 2. So the pace data will have a higher resolution.

So spent the rest of the way catching up. Penat weh. Heart rate spiked to 191 nearing the end. Yalah, orang dok suruh sprint at the last moments tu. Managed to pass finishing line at 1:32:47 clock time. Sib baik depa tak strict camngan kuching marathon. 👇 Find me in the picture. 👇

Here's the split. Tak warm up apa. Terus lari. Solat subuh atas bas. Pastu masa lari awal tu, tak nampak sweeper kat mana. Panik. COT 1 jam 1/2 je. Takut DNF pikir time tu.

I may be ill today. And also yesterday. Lost will to run mid way today, like yesterday. Got a teensy little cough yesterday, and today. Right now felt a bit off. Like an oncoming fever. Not yet feverish, but felt not quite 100%

Polar sees it as 10k tho. I believe Coros more this time around. 10k in 1 hour 38 minutes. I'd DNF next month if I don't improve.
