I feel the same way. I loved the public library system in this country as a new immigrant so much, that I remember thinking if I become a millionaire then I will open up such public libraries everywhere in my country. But my appreciation for them sky-rocketed after becoming a parent.

Relaxing at home, reading and writing about politics of biodiversity conservation, and healing my body before a very busy quarter hits me soon.

I am kind of losing faith in those agreements in any case. But it is better to have an agreement in place, even as an idea, to guide some action. I am thinking about UK-based Mikaela Loach and others' point: giving up is not an option. Every step saves a few lives.
