I had such a good trot yesterday I had to do it again today. I was a little slower than yesterday but its ok.

I also had my other half go w/ me - we picked up a ton of metal trash in just a short distance. Lots of brass and some live ammo, cans, a mudflap, a drillbit & some other misc stuff

7 treddy miles down. Have not had a good training run like that in a while. Now, on to recovery and rest for a couple of days.

Did a little trail trot this afternoon. It was lovely outside.

While on the cruise, I walked for an hour and a half. I just find the map loops funny.
