I had such a good trot yesterday I had to do it again today. I was a little slower than yesterday but its ok.
I also had my other half go w/ me - we picked up a ton of metal trash in just a short distance. Lots of brass and some live ammo, cans, a mudflap, a drillbit & some other misc stuff

I had such a good trot yesterday I had to do it again today. I was a little slower than yesterday but its ok.

I can’t believe how incredibly fast this is
7 treddy miles down. Have not had a good training run like that in a while. Now, on to recovery and rest for a couple of days.

Looks like people love the Spudman Triathalon as the event sells out in 10 minutes! It sold out in 3 hours last year! I know there are not many local choices for triathlons.
