So, came home late last night / this morning to discover a crew out to fix a leak in the gas line to the house.

Feeling conflicted about maybe just telling these guys to cap the line and go home, but feeling a bit too back footed to get a new water heater and heat pump for the house…

As the owner of two EVs (on PHEV and one full BEV) I’m hoping that NEVI continues intact…over the past two years we’ve appreciated the build out of charging infra (allowing us to do some college visits in the Bolt!)

But even without, this $750 solution works great, with 70% of miles electric!

Made it out for a few minutes yesterday in between meetings…need to keep building momentum on this…
