- Increasing the number of Senators for each state to 18 (and all that entails)
- Introducing savings provisions to Reps ballots (at least 6)
- Abolishing eligibility requirements for pre-poll voting
- No fixed or 4 year terms

well if we're doing pedantry, this is actually a reps committee report. (the chair's foreword talks about how "no way get fucked fuck off" (or rather "no way get beeped beep off") was something that could only have happened because of live performance)
