Today I needed the fire extinguisher in my car for the first time ever. Because it was immediately within reach I didn't lose my car, my motorbike, my house, or my life.
I never needed it for 35 years but in the moment of an unexpected fire? I was so lucky it was there.

The River was beautiful today. Children leaping from the cliffs, reggae music, and that blue-green water lifted my heart. Several watched over the leaping kids, yelling to them when the path for their leap from the cliffs was clear.
The cold shock of the water feels so good on skin.
