It is tremendously difficult to earn a living income through Twitch; I always say to people that it is best to only see it as a hobby, with any earnings a nice bonus on top of other income. You are so much fun to watch Nilly! But sadly, talent and time only rarely result in the salary deserved

It's impossible to be aware of every single second of a day, but noticing the ordinary moments of a day when I feel good, when (despite problems) a lightness, a calm, is felt has helped me. Don't strive for 24/7 mindfulness, just enjoy little precious pockets of peace of mind.
