I also agree with you on eating foods that are easy to make but also nutritious. Sometimes it's easy to overlook how simple a recipe is to make when you are too focused on something really important. Another good, quick, and easy staple meal could also be chicken and rice @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

Ia slo agree with that, with all the diets that are going around and how strict they are its easy to fall off and have multiple cheat days. That goes to show how human we are. but in Tom's case he made it work and found a loophole catered to him and his needs. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

I was also shocked at how high the percentages were when it came to obesity in children. I believe that people do not thoroughly understand how hard it is for people who are obese, or the implications of it and how it comes to be in people who become overweight. #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

I also agree with this, I used to have an extremely sweet tooth and would always gravitate towards sugary drinks or sweet candies/gummies. It became a way for me to wind down whenever something sour or bad occurred throughout my day. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

This article also promotes healthy sleep practices to turn to before fully committing to melatonin short term and taking it for 1-2 months. Certain doses are required to see results but because of lack of regulation it can be possible to overdose on melatonin @beh353.bsky.social #beh353
